  “Horrible, I signed up for service, and they didn't come and get the trash the first week of service. I had to call 3 times the day of pick-up to make sure they were coming, and they assured me that the drive would be there before 5pm, and they didn't. So the day after I called and complained, and they sent someone out to get it. The second week of service, guess what happened. No show again. I called again, and they fed me a line, that their driver had already gone home for the day. I told them I don't want a service that I have to call every week to make sure my trash was going to get picked up, and requested a refund. They told me they would send in the request and have someone call me the next morning. Guess what, No call! (Who would've thought.) If you are looking for a good trash service this one won't be around long. Like their name says, they are going to WASTE AWAY, because they will forget their customers and will have no money to run the company.”
