“This morning Patel emptied my septic; he arrived right on time, and came to my front door to introduce himself to me. He took the time to explain what he planned to do, and if I had any questions. The manner in which he carried out his duty (all kidding aside) was very professional. I've had well and septic in McHenry since 1990, and I'm so glad my friend referred Patel to me. They have been using them for quite some years, and I definitely will pass their phone number to my friends. Thanks, Patel, for your professionalism, punctuality, and friendliness. Poor service
“ This has to be the worst portable toilet company in the country.They don't clean their units regularly..Sometimes weeks pass before they come or you have to call them.If they do show up it is to do the absolute minimum.Never cleaning or mopping the inside..Just pump and restock toilet paper.Plus,the owner's wife is very unpleasant to deal with if you have a complaint.In May 2010 they had to remove their disgusting units from Powerton due to their shoddy servicing.Simmons has had a horrible reputation for being the worst in town for years.” -

Wish it was gone
“We ordered porta-potty for our class reunion to be delivered to a residential address for bomb a fire on a Friday. It was delivered as promised. We called the next day to say it was NOT USED due to weather and could it be removed asap. They were called on Wednesday and Thursday to say it had not been removed. I was told they will try After almost a full week my parents were NOT happy to have a porta-potty sitting by their driveway when it was supposed to be picked up on Monday. We will see how long it takes them to get there.” -
