  “This morning Patel emptied my septic; he arrived right on time, and came to my front door to introduce himself to me. He took the time to explain what he planned to do, and if I had any questions. The manner in which he carried out his duty (all kidding aside) was very professional. I've had well and septic in McHenry since 1990, and I'm so glad my friend referred Patel to me. They have been using them for quite some years, and I definitely will pass their phone number to my friends. Thanks, Patel, for your professionalism, punctuality, and friendliness. See you again next year ~”
